Live in the Bay Area myself. I love riding my road bicycle around Los Altos Hills, Portola Valley, and Saratoga Hills. Have been over Hwy 9 near Congress Springs Rd. I know I could ride to Santa Cruz but have not done so yet. If I can climb Mt Hamilton I can get over Hwy9. LOL
