I am a alien. My English might be broken but I am living here. But if someone tells me he's not sending money overseas, I won't keep talking to him just because I would feel it's offensive and perhaps racist and why would I chat with someone with such prejudice.

I understand that it is not easy to deal with people through a computer screen but most of the time there are real people trying to make friends here. And if you hurt their feelings or make them pay for something they are not responsible for, for what others have done, may be it's better to go outside, in real life and try to meet the real people you are looking for. Because the only way you have here to verify someone's identty is to meet her in person coz even with Skype some people know how to cheat (there are videos of girls that look like a usual Skype conversion)
Just be careful and don't be too lazy to spend the necessary amout of time to meet people. Take your time and don't ask for everything at once. This kind of people do not have this option they need to act fast.
