How about nieghbors, who choose to have fight in the middle of the night and take it to out side in the hall way of the Apartment complex. Or their guest leave at o'dark thirty at night and they got to announce their departure. Or how about them nieghbors who think that everyone in the Apartment complex has the same taste of music so they blast their music at all hours of the evening? What about the guy who lives above you, he has to let you know he is home from work by slamming his front door every time he comes home.

I'd Take the 10 million dollars and retire to central America, Costa Rica to be exact. I'd have a home in the middle of the rain forest, have the largest bird santuary in South America.
