Thanks Shummy love. Looks like only you were able to understand what my question meant. Are there places where people meet or what's the trick? Ah... wait a minute... I think this might be a hard question to answer because it appears this community blog thing isn't just for the big island residents only. I am from the big island, so my intention was to get local help from local people who know where one is able to start friendships and stuff.

Can anyone tell me how one starts a relationship? Like, where to meet people and at what time of the day or night? Is it possible in the big island? Not fond of bars...
