Let's face it...there will always be personalities that we don't get along with, whether it be in cyber or in RL. What does it take for you to just call a spade a spade...STFU...& LET IT GO? I've got a "friend" who is a constant smart azz & nit-picker...she just can't STFU! It's getting to the point where I just may have to let her go... If they are bothering you, why not remove yourself from the situation and not let it bother you? That would be the right thing to do, to me. Sometimes you're forced to tolerate the ones that annoy you...if you want to play in the playground... 
lol...Such as you're second level mgr...I have to work there, but I don't take her sh** anymore... I finally "read" her, her rights, and now...all is better....teehee.. I feel better..Even my mgr's, gave me the "thumb's up".... I just did, what they wouldn't do....

Several years ago, while trying to land in plane,..(no, i'm not a pilot, though, I wish I was), 
It was very stormy...there was a rainbow, up above the clouds, reflecting on the clouds, in a circle...It was amazing..Beautifully sunny up there, then desended into the clouds...seems like forever, only to finally see the tops of trees........ Opps...., let's try this again... Please God, just let me get my feet on the ground..... 
2nd trip down, it was all good....

Oh my...thats soo funny..I hadn't thought about it in years...
About 8 maybe...neighbor boy, (Frankie), was at my house, we were playing around in the yard.. He sat down on the ground, leaned up against my house..I was sitting there talking to him, he told me to lay my head down on his lap, and he bent down to kiss me..a sloppy kiss to, I might add...hehe.... Mom came around the house...holy smoke..!!!!.... But Mom, I proclamed...you told me to love my neighbors.... And with every word, was a swat....... Not (swat) that (swat) way (swat)....lol..never will forget that one......

My 1st family, taught me guidance, independence, and the love of a family. Its after that, it went to hell....lol... No, seriously, after that, I had another family..and my children gave me strength. No one can destroy a "relationship", unless their in it..
