Biology and Experiance, are two simple answers.

Older women have a higher drive as the biological clock ticks thier drive increases. It matches well with a young man who has a high drive as well.

Theres also the fact many older women have experianced more, know what they like, and also have the confidence to experiment. Using that, the younger men can use the skills taught on women thier age and stand out because of it.

Are there others, yes, plenty. But these are the simpliest ones.

Have personally gone 20 years both ways in relationships. I personally believe it is what ever makes one happy. You answer only to yourself, unless of course your steping across legal lines, and that is whole different conversation. In the end it depends what you are seeking.

Many older women go for younger men as they are peaking in thier desires and younger men can keep up to them as older men peak and have less desire or ability. Many older women are open to exploring new things where some older men are set in thier ways. The same way many younger men will chase older women to gain experiance as most know what they like and dont. Many older women are willing to explore and share things that a younger woman wont or doesnt have the confidence to.

There is also the elephant in the room of physical attraction. While it isnt everything, it does make a difference to have it.
