Hi. I love rabbit! I used to prepare Hasenpfer(?. Take the rabbit and quarter it, prepare a marinade by taking 2 cups of vinegar, cup of sugar, 1 onion sliced into rings, and a tablespoon of Allspice (whole - not ground. Place rabbin in marinade an refrigerate for 48 hours. Take quarters and coat with flour, frie until brown. Add 1 cup of marinade to skillet (wth onions and allspice), simmer until a nice brown thick gravy. Delicious. Randy1252
