Well, you did experience a mild NDE (near death experience) but don't consider death as the end of the line. That is a totally different journey altogether. Even though out there time passes very differently than what it does here, you did have a scratch of a glimpse on what would have been if you had stayed any longer. People consider death as the end of the road but it is just this meat suit that ceases, not you or your soul.
As your soul lessons are not yet over, you are back but take this experience as something wonderful rather than something awful that happened to you. Try to look at the bright side to life rather than here being a place of suffering. Consider it a school if you must where your soul is bound to this dimension as it is here to learn, live and experience the human condition. Hope this reply has given you food for thought.
