well, here it is, a half hour into the new year. Right now it sucks. So tired of seeing people around me coupled up and telling me to be patient! I'm trying to hold onto some promise for '09, given that it's an 11 year for me and they're usually pretty good (I'll be 55). But right now it feels like the odds are against me. I know the feeling will pass. Only 8,759 1/2 hours until we do this again. May we all be in a better space by then!
