"A journy of a thousand miles starts in a day." is not a day job but time. try to find whats his/ her like of things,be they for her when she /he needs you and if you are away just try and give him/her a call etc. by doing this,he/she will limite the bad act in him/her. cos you are trying to let him/her know that you are all ways there for him/her even when you are away.
