yes--today i went with my friend to the cleaners, they had lost all the clothes she had placed to be cleaned. i said she ants either her clothes or replacement value. he wanted to give her replacement value in store credit-- are you kidding? i said if you take your car to an auto place and they ruin your car, you want credit? he then said...that the store credit would be easier FOR HIM.....oh, like she made the mistake and should make it easy for him? Well I don't know what kind of clothes she lost, but the clothes I take to the cleaner are high end business suits etc .. they'd be crediting me into the next galaxy yes and he did not want to come up with the cash not like she drpped her clothes off wanting cash
