So everyone that lives in southeast Texas can agree with me and relate when i say, He's coming, And bringing it. So once again its mandatory evacuation. What better to do then sit on here and chat with others going through the same thing. So..whats everyones take on "Ike"? Leaving..or staying?

Thats near Houston, Right? Not sure that i know exactly where Katy is. But i do know that now they are starting to pick out different places in Houston for evacuation. I'm right southeast from Houston so we have mandatory. =( yuck

Well i'll be around that area within the next 24 hours I'm sure. Unless we go west..I was thinking Mexico.Might as well make a vacation of it. Did that last weekend when the hurricane never came and we got mandatory anyway.

Southwest Houston :) Staying.

West Houston and staying. Lots of rain and winds around 70 mph I hear. Guess we'll see.

Here sitting in downtown Houston and I'm riding it out. I can't believe how crazy people are acting. There isnt any gas to buy ANY where! Almost made me freak out too. I just hope the power doesnt go off.

Galveston is flooding with no rain yet. Said it is going to hit at 2 in the morning.
