Hi guys,
I quit years ago and it was pretty tough at first. One thing that really helped me was a straw. Every time I had a craving I picked up my straw and inhaled on it about three or four times and the craving would pass. I hope you try this because it really did help. Good luck and know you deserve this gift you've decided to give yourselves of a smoke free life! |

I'm having trouble getting used to this site. I feel like my nana because she bucked change so much. I want everyones age and hometown listed under their name. I also want to know who's quote belongs to who!
I also know I already said this once today. 
Oh one more thing how do you know if their a boy or a girl?

Have you ever had anyone steal your lunch/snacks at work? Oh...there is a special place in hell for those malignant b@st@rds! Oh yes I have but the important thing is I don't worry about it anymore. Working from home has lots of benefits. Good night people! |

Have you noticed the "smiley" face emotions are mostly angry? Also there are more profiles saying, Don't message me if, move on if, stop reading now if, I'm not your type if. Is everyone angry now? What ever happened to Don't worry, be happy.
