My name is Del. I think people in general, do not accept others as they are, but tolerate them, and attempt to change them to fit their own personal idea of who and what they perceive them to be.

I believe we would be more prone to accepting others as they are, if we respected, listened, complimented, acknowledged, and appreciated them for who they are and what they have to offer.However, I believe we need to start with ourselves first.
