I was just in Puerto Rico last April and I loved it. I was also in the Dominican Republic this past February. I liked it and I was fortunate to go to Samana Bay to see the humpback whales while they migrated to give birth and breed. The people are terrific! So friendly and kind. But I got really sick with food poisoning. I think I want to go to Saint Lucia next.
