Then likewise, it is not for a teacher to instruct that there is a god. A teacher should make minds objective, not subjective to one philosophy or an other. More often than not a teacher is going to have to teach toward the christin side of things. (What about those muslims, buddhists, taosist, etc in the class?) A teacher should invite choice. The "burn" thing makes me wonder why such hostility towards fellow people? I do not hear altheists as being as hostile in their beliefs. And I don't remember reading it in the bible that christ bestowed the right to judge to anyone - let alone himself.
