Why can't I find the settings ??? I don't like the setup they have, I can't go to the full site from my cell phone...

I just wanna start by saying I HATE THE NEW WAY THE SIT IS, I wanna stop ALL emails and deactivate my page but can not fine it anywhere now, I only have my cell ....
