Thanks for the imput. Thing is it's ok for kids not to be for you. These friends of mine portayed as they do when later I found out nontialantly(sp)that they don't like kids at all. I believe hate was the word that was used. My heart sunk. I found out through other friends who are as well aquainted with them. I know i'm biased, but i look at my daughter as such the awesomedemeanor that she has and think. How could they? I just don't call them anymore. i have to get honest and tell them why!

I don't agree with cheating. Betrayal is dangerous, hurtful, and painful for both paties involved. I also don't believe in divorce unless there is no way of ever reconciling because I do believe that everyone should be happy. Marriage is work. Good luck. You have hurt or a lot of work ahead of you...or both.

Do you like kids? I've been very dissapointed lately to find out that some (who I thought were friends) don't really like kids.

Dad at the Mall

I took my dad to the mall the other day to buy some new
shoes (he is 92). We decided to grab a bite at the food court. I noticed he was watching a teenager sitting next to him.
The teenager had spiked hair in all different colors:
green, red, orange, and blue. My dad kept staring at him. The teenager would look and
find him staring every time.

When the teenager had had enough, he sarcastically asked,
'What's the matter old man, never done anything wild in your life?'

Knowing my Dad, I quickly swallowed my food so that I would
not choke on his response, knowing he would have a good one, and in
classic style he did not bat an eye in his response.
'Got drunk once, and had sex with a peacock. I was just
wondering if you were my son.'
