I am not sure if this is something you would like or not, but I used the crazy cake recipe.

Crazy cake is a cake that was used during the depression (great way for me to tie in history to my curriculum). With this type of cake you do not have to use eggs, milk, or butter. The link attached should take you to the blog with the recipe.
