My favorite TV show of all time has to be Breaking Bad. Everything in that show from the acting, the writing, the editing and most importantly how it developed it's characters was absolutely exceptional. Second on the list would be "The Wire" which is another exceptional show but for me all shows are a distant second to this Vince Gilligan masterpiece.

It would depend on what your definition of decent would be in the context of this website. But, then again people do need to be more respectful and if they aren't it is best to block them or report them or do both. Not every guy here is a prick and just try to navigate between guys who show you the respect you deserve. Cheers
