Online meeting is easier, and more convenient but sometimes it can get frustrating from the fakes, the people with drama, or the ones who try to be someone other than who they are. Just be blunt, straight forward, respectful, and just be honest to yourself and to the person you communicate with and that's how it's supposed to work-but people like to play roles online and that's sad-because if you can't be yourself online, how can you be yourself in person?
