I only joined to help my girlfriend delete her account.. she can not remember password and never get an email to reset. she has tried emailing customer support no reply at all.. I even tried reporting her account as fake... no reply at all... Mingle2 is not a good dating site, no response or help when needed

Let's see, she does not remember neither the email address nor the password she used to log in, and both of you know only the username she used, correct? If so, then say goodbye to her account, it is now in a black hole. And BTW, if she is your girlfriend, why do you say you're looking for marriage per your profile?
