Showing disrespect for others - for anyone else. Guys know that they could easily be next in the "disrespect line", and, since most guys crave respect more than almost anything in life - even more than love, usually - they don't want a future with someone who could even remotely undermine their sense of self-worth.

God certainly made wonderful women of every ethnic group. I'm more concerned about cultural differences, not ethnic differences. Cultural differences - major ones - can really add a challenge to any relationship. Here's the catch: cultural differences don't necessarily relate to an ethnic group. Although I'm white, I have very little in common, culturally, with many white women. So, to me, someone's ethnic association is of little importance. The important thing is, "Do we have enough in common to have a relationship - in our core values and how we look at life?" - regardless of race.
