Valerian , this is Baldrian.The herb grows very lush, I also have in my garden.The young leaves in the spring taste good in the salad.As a spice or medicinal plant, I do not use valerian.Valerian stems with the flowers come here in the region in large herbal bushes, bouquets of herbs, which smell very good.
