Hi, I set up parental blocks on an Acer Aspire with Vista.
I don't know much about computers and now it says that I need administrator authorization. The user page says no one is the administrator. Now I can't do anything to the computer like defrag or add printer, etc... I have done some checking and the most I can figure is to get rid of vista and install something else. Any suggestions? The laptop is 14 mths old. |
