It's especially nice to hear something creative from a man :)

I think it's very hard to REALLY get to know someone without actually
being with someone regularly.

I find it easier to talk about things online - but I think the chemistry
and flow in person is what you build a foundation on.

Hi Everyone,

When looking for someone to settle down with, do you think you can get
to know someone well enough to make a commitment like that online? Long
distance phone calls? Meeting every few months?

Just curious what you think?

LOL! Buttons, you reminded me of an incident I'd forgotten about.......

My daughter was quite young at daycare and I was friendly with all the
kids. When this one little white girl realized I was my daughter's mom
she said to us "How can she be your mom?"

I said "remember when they have the paints out in the class...." she
said "ya".. I said well, when you mix red and yellow, what did you get?
she says "orange". I said, well it's the same kind of thing. Her
father is brown and I am white and when you mix them, you get light
brown.

The little girl looked at me a smiled and said "okay" and smiled and
said "see you tomorrow".

LOL - children are amazing!

I think fedman's gassed! LOL!

There are both sexes at war these days, regardless of the one you
prefer..... I want everybody's ass covering mine! LOL!

and by the way - who ever said if there is a gay man on his team there
is a weak link - they're right - however the weak link is the guy who is

Well - I've had a few interracial relationships......
and they were great.

Depending where you are - you may turn a few heads (red necks). Where I
live now - it's no biggie at all. I live in a very multicultural area.

Actually, I have a 16 year old mixed daughter (black & white), who has
never been made fun of - she's gorgeous inside and out.

However, I raised her with a very strong black identity - and educated
her about her history and about her culture (jamaican).

If you're going to do it - do it right!

Yes,undermatt brush is the key - and regular brushing OUTSIDE weather
permitting - garage if it's not.

There are pet sprays in the pets store and dept store that say they help
to stop shedding (LOL) which i highly doubt, but never tried.... but
also one that helps the hair come up easier when cleaning - I THINK it
might be one of the Febreeze brand???

I have an american eskimo - they blow their coat 2 or 3 times a year and
shed constantly.
