Most of the people on the men side are fake. I have met only a few men that were real on here. I haven't been successful at going out on a date as they live too far. I do talk to them and we call each other and joke about the fakes. All the military men are fakes. I grew up military so I know what to ask them and they don't know the answer. It seems that the local guys are never on. I think they are as discouraged as me on this site. I do check in from time to time as I get messages. I google search their picture before I talk to them. How sad is that? Today I had 6 messages in a row and all were on the romance scammers website. Just be careful.

I'm still new to this website and trying to figure out exactly how it works. So, Mingle sends me an e-mail saying I have a mutual match and I can send her a message. I message her and after a couple days, still no reply. What's up with that ? Is that the norm on this site ? If so, what's the sense in messaging a mutual match ? Anyone else experiencing the same thing ?

This site I find most of the men to be fakes. They are posing as military, oil engineers, and goldsmiths...after one day they are telling you they love you. Then they ask for money. I had one even send me flowers to prove he was real. I found him on the romance scammers website. I have met a couple of guys on here that were real. But you hate to waste your time. I went off this site for a guy and was talking to him for 4 months when I realized he was fake. That is when I learned to google their pictures to find out if they pop up on a romance scammers website. They even use pictures of models and actors from foreign countries to talk to you. Just keep your eyes open. I find the mutual match to draw attention to you if the person is interested.
