Great to hear about your journey!
In the past year, I have lost 80 pounds, with a lot left to go.
I myself hit this same wall a couple of months ago. You need to switch up your exercise routine. Definitely keep working on being able to run longer, and work towards higher impact exercises.
What got me through my struggle was amateur kickboxing. It is full body, intense, and never boring.
Also, I swear by my green tea every day. I drink at least 2 cups of organic hot green tea with each meal, sweetened with honey and I also add just a dash of cayenne pepper. The small amount of caffeine will boost your metabolism during meals, honey is a natural anti-inflammatory, and the catechins in the green tea and the capcaisan in the cayenne pepper help to neutralize the stress hormone cortisol, which can cause you store fat. It really kicks your energy up a notch too.
