you can try going to http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_free.php and download a free copy of ad aware...its a spyware removal tool...it works really well.

You should be able to go into the Control Panel from your start button...then go to Add/Remove PROGRAMS...from there you can remove it.:smile:
