Nobody is going to catch Chelsea this season. I am a disappointed Everton fan. What happened to their backline?? Happy for Southhampton! Jags is a solid player, my brotheris always going on about him cos he's a blade.I also think Martinez is a great coach, talks a lot of sense, always has done since being a pundit on la liga. Everton can't compete with the money bags clubs, they need a rich Arab or oligarch to take that step forward. Hats off to Bournemouth,hope they stay up next season but they have the same problem as Everton. its all about having the dough!!. Sad but true! |

I started playing the cornet when I was 7 and joined a local brass band and was in it till i was 20, i was in different school bands put packed all in. I often wonder if I could still play but haven't touched a brass instrument (I also played the tenor horn and Flugle) since I was 20. I tried guitar for a few weeks but couldn't play like Brian May straight away so I soon gave that up!

Some of Mastodons stuff is a bit progy, I have all their stuff they are awesome. also opeth and Dream Theatre are also very prog rock. Oktavarium has a track on it of the same name that's 29 minutes long Off the older stuff ELP and Yes spring to mind.. I had quite a bit of Rick Wakemans stuff on vinyl. Marrillion were classed as prog too and I had some of their stuff as well.

I'm arsenal fans,I think arsenal will win FA Cup trophy :-p Ozil is class! No I've heard he would rather go to Donny, lol. Don't get me wrong I will probably back Villa as they will be outsiders and I like Sherwood, He is a breath of fresh, says what everyone who loves footie is thinking and knows how to get players playing. E.g Kane and now Benteke! Benteke to score any time and Villa to win could be a good bet. I might have a bit on Ozil to score though! Arsenal play the best football in England but its a one off and anything can happen as we know from the past. |

That's Arjen Robben out (calf injury) and maybe Robert Lewandowski also ( broken jaw and nose ) of the semi-final, with Barca. Both were injured in the 1-1 draw (aet) with Borussia Dortmund, in the German Cup game last night. Dortmund, won 2-0 on penalties, with Bayern missing ALL their penalty kicks!! Yeh my brother asked me if Bayern missed all their penalties but I didn't know. I just think Pep will have a master plan that will outwit Barca. To be honest I just hope the best team win on aggregate. One thing thoughI think the myth that the English premier league is the best in the world can be consigned to the rubbish bin forever. I would rather watch Spanish, Italian even Dutch than the premier league. I like to watch Arsenal and spurs cos they play football that's good to watch but the rest are poor me thinks. I don't think they are "poor" ,they rather play direct football not fancy one bit. that said, I Rep the blues.... waiting to be crowned kings of England. Well I backed them in my league winners acca at the beginning of the season but other teams let me down, that said they are an average side in a poor league. Hazard is class won me a bit of dough this season but i wouldn't go overboard about them. If they were that good they would be in the champions league semis!! |

Red or Dead In school at Lostock Secondary Modern Our football kit was the hoops same as Celtic, Green an Whites And our headmaster Warren Bradley Played for MUFC after the Munich air crash Edit: If I had to choose between Celtic and Rangers... I'd Choose Celtic lol Like I've said before we had to pick a Scottish team at school so I picked ST Johnstone cos my aunties married name was Johnson? I've followed their results ever since.As for Man U they got chewed up like toffee yesterday,lol. As for my team Donny they will always be known as a team that never got into the European cup! they got into the conference and out again though, which is quite an achievement for Donny!

I think Bayern will win quite comfortably against Barca, their defence is well dodgy and Bayern will rip em apart.I love football always have done but wouldn't go as far as to call it clash of the titans. Now the big fight this weekend, that's a different story all together.

Who could forget A Night at the Opera, starts off with Death on two legs and every songs a classic in its own right, especially Prophets song,Seaside Rendezvous and of course Bohemian Rhapsody I love Freddie!!! Freddie was quite simply a one off.my grown up kids have their own taste in music but both love Queen and Freddie. Don't know much about Adam Lambert, I wish Roger and Brian would leave it alone, they are becoming more like a tribute band with him singing.John Deacon had the best idea and said Queen are not Queen without Freddie! |

One of music's greats and characters, who died before his time, just like Kurt Cobain and Jim I Hendrix, also! I'd put Freddie Mercury in that category. Never really got into The Doors,they passed me by I'm afraid! |
