look around...see a friend who has been on retreat for a while. I wave across the room and walk to greet her...so excited I trip over the ottoman...do a triple sowcow(sp) with a double flip..everyone claps ...and the judge gives me a 9 for the attempt but a 3 for looking so badddddddddddd!!!!

*runs around in a big circle* HEY EVERYONE! *trips over her left big toe [somehow it always gets in the way], falls & lands on the floor.
