Not so much... I can out talk the most verbose - I am personally loquacious, so it's cool...definitely not taciturn.

VERBOSE means you use a lot of words.... could mean you are very talkative (i.e. chatty) or could mean you use too many words to say what you could say in fewer words...if someone called you verbose it could be sort of a compliment, but also sort of a "wow, let someone else get a word in edge-wise, will ya?"
