Well I am able to cook. Since my wife liked good food it is not always practicle to go out for dinneer every night. What I did was take various courses. Became a certified chef. Please do not confuse me as being a chef. Just became certified and this was a very good online course. lasted about 6 months. I find it fun if my partner also likes to be in the kitchen helping me or me helping her. I am good either way. Jerry
