Hi all from Nepal. The paper I make similar orgami but it is known as rice paper, meterial available at the altitude of 5000 to 9000 feet, the paper is strong as it has many fibers. And durable .I also.make many things with that paper. Like notebook, journals, lamps, cards, ststionary sets, bags, boxes and many.if some one interested I will.provide my website .
