Well i saw a documentary about Buenos Aires and god that is the most unsafe environment for tourist i saw as the "bad" people there target tourist specifically.
About the scams they do well it goes from fake money when in a taxi after a ride expect to have fake change. Another one is pick-pocketing, bag snatching, bag slitting, scams which happens almost eveywhere. Also the infamous Buenos Aires Black Widow which is targeting tourist tourist in bars and clubs by pretty women then approaching you then the normal pick up to where is your room then when she goes there she would drug him and put him to sleep the rub him.

That being said i really like Cap Fed but this environment has made it unvisitable.
