A couple years ago, England ordered a studies to determined why the head of the penis was bigger then the rest. After 2 years or research and 180.000$ later, they determined that the reason why it was bigger was for the man's pleasure during sexual encounters.France disagreed and decided to make their own research on that subject. After 3 years and 250.000$ later they concluded that the reason why it was bigger was for the women's pleasure during a sexual encounter. Well When Frances results was published the Newfies decided to have their own research on that subject. Well 3 months and 75$ later, the Newfies came to a conclusion that the reason why the head of the penis was bigger was to stop the hand from sliding and hitting their self in the
forehead...
