Well I can see that everyone here thinks that stalking is
funny so it is very obvious that no one here has ever
had a stalker.
I had a stalker for about 2 1/2 years and I actually had
the police to tap my phones because I was afraid to leave
my house. I just got over going through my Cancer so I was
very sick and the last thing I needed was some man bugging
me. I called the police and explained everything so they did
tap my phones but said they could not really do anything to
this person until he did something to me.
I honestly believe it was an officer because the officer taking
care of my case called and said they knew who it was. So after I
got the message on my answering machine I called him back and he
said I misunderstood him. Now when he sees me he acts like he
is going to pull out in front of me every time he sees me. He
watches every move I make...so I went and got a gun and made
sure he knew it. I had to get finger printed and now I am a PISTOL PACKING *****.
No one will ever make me live in that kind of fear again. IF some
one breaks into my house...I shoot to kill. OH and if you think it is fun to have a stalker...you are dead wrong!!!

Waah waah waah.
Get over it.
Stalkers can be stalked.
You can choose whether to be the prey or the predator.

ARE YOU SERIOUS? I CAN CHOOSE TO BE THE PREY? YOU REALLY ARE A YOUNG
KID THAT HAS NO CLUE! I PROMISE YOU ONE THING, I WON'T BE STALKED
NOW...ALL I CAN SAY IS SHOOT TO KILL!! BUT NO I DID NOT CHOOSE
TO BE THE PREY..IDIOT!!!

That's prey talk.
Also I'm not a kid.
I'm a Lunar.

That beiber kid has alot of cash but from what I looked up
U2 is first & the Rolling Stones are second
The profit is based on revenue, sales, concerts and endorsement deals.

I forgot that U2 was the richest band.
I heard that about 4-5 years ago on a morning talk show.

whoa

It depends on the girl.
If you're with a girl like that you might want to consider tricking her into a test to see if she's insane.
If it is determined that she is hide all of your Mountain Dew & Oreos and then run.
Run away & never return until it's safe to get to your Mountain Dew & Oreos but be wary of traps.

scared

The prosecution would have to prove that George Zimmerman was stalking Treyvon Martin which I highly doubt they'll be able to if they decided to go down that road.
I don't think they'll be able to get him on negligence either.
Not without credible evidence of it anyways.

We'll see where this case goes though.
Maybe the prosecution has something that doesn't help the defenses' case that they haven't presented yet.

From another forum.....

After a day of very solid cross confirmed testimony in the Zimmerman / Martin case, it turns out that in spite of the fact that Trayvon Martin was pounding the daylights out of Zimmerman's face and skull on a concrete surface, Zimmerman never went for his side arm until he realized that Martin noticed he was armed and appeared to go for the gun saying, "You're gonna die tonight" to Zimmerman.

Only at that point of life or death decision did Zimmerman grab his weapon and fire one shot into Trayvon's upper torso.

Zimmerman testified that he did not realize that he hit Martin... he assumed that when Martin said, "You got me". Martin meant he was going to stop assaulting Zimmerman as Martin leaned back off of Zimmerman's chest.

Zimmerman then testifies that he slipped out from Martin where he was pinned down and jumped on Martins back to restrain his hands to stop his attacker from executing any further blows.

Zimmerman tossed his gun to the side and held Martins arms down as Martin lay face down.

It seems to me that the average person who took a beating from a larger stronger attacker, would go for his weapon much sooner and would not have stopped firing until he was sure the attacker was profoundly incapacitated.

Most people in that situation would have emptied their magazine on the attacker to assure their own survival.

Based on testimony and evidence, George Zimmerman exercised extreme restraint in the use of deadly force. And the single spent, shell casing proves that restraint beyond a doubt.

The prosecution had little evidence from the beginning and based on the consistent witness testimony so far things are going very well for the defense.
We'll see what happens with the other witnesses and evidence but I think that George Zimmerman will be found not guilty by the jury.
I'm doubting that he will be charged with manslaughter or anything else unless the prosecution can somehow prove that George Zimmerman wasn't acting within the law beyond a reasonable doubt.

he isn't charged with manslaughter

he is charged with second degree murder

Im having doubts he will be found guilty although I believe he should be held accountable , at the very least, for criminal negligence,,,

I know that he's not charged with manslaughter.
I said that it would be unlikely for the prosecution to charge George Zimmerman with a lesser charge if they weren't able to successfully charge him with Second Degree murder.

In a few days, we will all have an opportunity to peacefully inflict a major psychological blow on the rapidly coalescing police state by the simple but powerful act of refusing to play along with the absurd pantomime on the 4th of July that we live in an even nominally free country – one with the rule of law, an operative Constitution and respect for individual rights.

One that isn’t a thugocracy.

We can turn our backs on the flag. Decline to participate when urged to cheer and sing. No fireworks. No barbeques.

We can sit down – and bow our heads.

We can mention the unmentionable: That there is no longer any meaningful limit to the power of the government over our lives. No line beyond which it may not tread. That it lies, spies and tyrannizes.

We can admit to ourselves the shoddy – and frightening – reality bubbling up all around us.

By so doing, we can shatter the illusion that this government operates with anything remotely approximating our consent.

This is absolutely essential. The 4th of July pantomime requires that we deny the obvious – that we instead pretend we’re free people living in a free country; one in which the government is accountable to the people, one in which the government is limited by law. One in which people can’t simply be dragooned into prisons without due process, held incommunicado, tortured. A country with a president who doesn’t have kill lists – or use the instruments of state power to punish and intimidate his political opponents. One in which citizens must be suspected of a crime before their personal correspondence is filched through and recorded for later use against them. One in which a traveler is free from arbitrary and random searches of his person and effects.

One in which the attorney general of the United States isn’t able to get away with providing guns to gangs or brazenly lie about his use of the power of his office to go after political “enemies” rather than pursue justice.

No one is going to listen to you!
You've wasted however long it took for you to type that up!

We celebrate The United States Of America on the 4th of July!
Not congress, news stories, or bs politics!
Our bbqs, fireworks, and celebrations show the government and other countries around the world that we as Americans stand strong and will continue to do so no matter what issues are going on with our government and the rest of the world!
That's not to say that we will just forget and ignore everything that's happening!
We'll go back to kicking people in the face while drinking Mountain Dew after our celebrations!

Silly protests like turning your back doesn't make problems go away!
You have to get up off your lazy a** and make them go away!

Celebrate this 4th of July as best as you can!
For America and Americans everywhere!

Thank you for the laugh laugh

You would laugh as a laugher!
