Well you have to configure your comcas account in the outlook express to make it working its very simple though ...

Well, If I got you correctly ...You are talking about backing up the favroites ,and other website links which were there on your browser ..from where you access the websites easily ...
To backup them ..you need to copy the favorites folder to your backup drive or dvd.. the favorites would be there under the user account folder like .. if you have a computer user account with name ABC..
you need to go to C/users/ABC there you will find the folder name Favorites ..just backup that folder .. and you will get your book marks and other favorite websites... :)

You can test your webcam here http://www.testwebcam.com/ if your image is shown there that means there is not an issue with the hardware part of your webcam....And you need to download the driver for your webcam .... and this will resolve the issue for you .
