5-6 years younger is all I'd consider. The girl wants to feel young, pretty, feminine, all that good stuff.. If she is much older, she feels like she has to be more jealous and is less confident her man will stay with her in my opinion... reassure her if you get an older woman, ok? :) Good Luck!
