Is there anyone else here that is just ready to give up on ever finding another love?

I should have married the girl I loved 15+ years ago instead of letting her get away from me. I guess I have no one else to blame but myself for working to damn hard and being born to an abusive control freak father, but when you are in a situation like that you don’t know what is wrong from right. They say you don’t know what love it until it is gone, well its gone and seems gone for good.

Today, I feel as if I should just toss in the towel and give it all up. The internet is really not the place for finding love they say because only 1 in 500 people ever find anything that counts using systems like this. What else can I do? I am not a bar type person and I am not someone who can just walk up and say “hey baby”…

Oh well, forget it.
