that's what I thought, but they taste like shrimp just don't suck the juices out of the head lol, the locals want you to do it but ummmno way ! ! ! hahahaha !!! new Orleans is good food, good drinks and good fun!!!!!

looks good, anyone been to new Orleans and any buyou's. had the chance to live there in 2010 enjoyed all the good food and crawfish bbq even had the chance to go shrimping and crabbing. it is one place everyone should visit....
