I do think that once you have been brought up with pets, you then include them as paret of your family and carry on having them throughout your life.

Definatley a dog person. As dogs seem to understand and respect you more eg: If you call a dog it will come and want to please and obey you. A cat chooses what it wants to do and has it's own rules :)

I would say labs are one of the best breeds and they are so gentle. My other favourite is a Golden Retriever and pointers.

I love my black lab,She will be 1 in three weeks time. She is so obedient and laid back, however she is always up for a game lol.
