It can never truly end. Human nature needs to feel acceptance and association,the easiest way to form a bond is based on skin color since it's the very first thing we observe. Once you have separation there will conflict. There was a study done to a class of grade schoolers, they took a class and gave red wristbands to half of the class and blue ones to the other half, by the end of the day the kids had separated themselves by wristband color and friends were fighting with each other. This proves the need to be associated with a similar group and like i said with divide comes conflict.
