We all know the benefits of the omega3 vitamins. Salmon provides it in large doses. I am not a big fish eater but with many years of cooking professionally I came across what I call the fool proof recipe for this particular species...
Take one large (2.5Lbs) fillet of salmon, rinse Now take out a piece of foil at least twice as long as the fillet, Apply about 2 oz of liquid smoke sauce to the foil and place your fillet skin side down on foil, layer the fillet with slices of orange, lemon, and lime. seal the fillet in the foil and bake in oven for 1 hour @ 350 degrees remove from oven serve and enjoy!!! |
