Sounds like a fun trip. Never been to Amsterdam. But I've been to new Orleans many times, and you can do all the same things there.

I'll go with ya, but I stay away from the brownies anyway so no worries there. Random drug tests here at work are a big enough pain with prescription drugs, I wouldn't take the chance on getting popped for something illegal here.

OOoooooo, absinthe is the good stuff. It's an ancient form of liquor from Europe, made from wormwood. Quite nasty tasting by itself, but it is said to have hallucenogenic properties. It was banned in the US for many years and only recently became legal again.

Much better. I always get the Zen like feeling about 26 hours after a hard practice or game, but only if I get to know people in the dirt.

Yeah, I've seperated my shoulder, cracked the ball in my elbow, hyper extended my back, displaced ribs, wrecked my knee, had 5 concussions, split my lip completely through, and a few millions bumps, bruises, and scrapes. Not too shabby for 14 years of playing. But I can still stand and drink with the best of 'em.
