I live in Georgia but was born and raised in Texas. In Texas we have a saying. "One man can make one woman hate all men".
Meaning that a good woman that has been mistreated by a man in the past tend to become stereotypical in her beliefs that all men will behave the same way.

That way of thinking will destruct a relationship before it even has a chance to blossom.
If a man is disrespectful and unappreciative of you then he deserves whatever you say about him. But if he is good, sincere and respectful then he deserves to be treated the same, but it won’t happen because this stereotype has already tainted the relationship.
