hello from my view i feel that when a man any man is in a relationship such as bf/gf, friends, or just strangers for someone to direct those words towards me are very hurtful. I believe that there is no need for any of that and if a man feels that he can not win the argument i suggest for him to stop, because if the disrespecting rises believe me the argument is not the only thing he will be losing. those words you just never say them to a woman even if it is joking around, that to me just shows how much of a real man he is (and that is not a man at all). because if he was a real man he would no much better than to direct such words to any woman. i guess parents must not have taught him any good.
