Sounds strange....but I have noticed here, working in the industry I do..
that there are a medium percentage of women, running around, mucking as many guys as they can. So... the small percentage of guys, who aren't messing with the same pool of females, have the opportunity (which is unusual) to be picky.
The women who can't seem to date or get laid... aren't trying hard enough.
We (men), the few who are not poking whatever jumps on top of us... are here, patiently waiting....
Besides, we are better quality anyway. Quality over Quantity any day!

Some women find it harder...because they become more picky/finicky.
You become set in your ways. That's just part of being mature.
Imagine how the guys feel. We reach mid-30's and we become too old for the games of the 20yr olds and too young for the 40's. But alot of guys in their 30's, are like prime steak. If you grab'em while their hot...they can be something fantastic. But leave'em out too long and they get cold and tough.

Actually I get frustrated whenever I can't. It happens alot. I guess you have to have a good imagination.
