Hey gang ... Being a born and bred Canuck I agree with all that was said here ... A true embarrassment ... Luckily many of you didn't actually experience the massive f@#% up that we as Canadians were subjected to ... Unforunately I admit that having JBEEBS was one of the biggest mistakes made in CFL history ... snotty nosed little bedwetter ... Another big mistake was one of our iconic music legend Burton Cummings, front man for the 70's Canadian group the Guess Who (remember American Woman???) bastardizing our national anthem with a Vegas lounge singer rendition and improvisation of some of the words ... Believe me in saying that we Canadians are truly embarrassed ... Accept my apologies for subjecting the rest of the world to this heartthrob for 8 year olds ... Super Bowl gets it right year after year ... CHEERS to the NFL It ain't your fault. At least Canadians have enough honor to feel a sense of embarrassment. maybe he will get himself in a car crash on some desolate highway and get eaten by a bear. If only there was a God huh? And how many drugs has Burton Cummings done through the years? I am all too familiar with the Guess Who. Jimmy Hendriks tore up the Star Spangled Banner. So have other artists. At least Queen had the decency to be true to their heritage doing God Save the Queen in true form! Justine Bieber is not all that talented. Most of his songs are GARBAGE! I heard his (choke) music. Like I said, car crash on a desolate highway... bear, NOM NOM NOM. And the world is a much better place. |
