i don't believe it's possession. although, at least in the Hebrew scripts, there is no differentiating between possession, or oppression or a "spiritual infirmity". i've had very similar experiences. often a buzzing feeling accompanies sleep paralysis with me. also, the water being present is another common thing i've read and experienced. there is only One Name that will stop these "things" and show you the truth abut what is happening with humanity. take care friend, be sensitive to these things. you are far far from unstable or crazy.
